A community-based outpatient practice in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver behavioral health and integrated primary care services to underserved populations. This full-time role offers a stable weekday schedule, a mission-driven care model, and strong professional support.

Providers conduct psychiatric assessments, manage medications, and collaborate with care teams and community resources to support patients across the lifespan. New graduates are welcome, making this an excellent opportunity for early-career NPs seeking meaningful impact and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric and behavioral health assessments

• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions

• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications

• Provide patient and family education

• Collaborate with primary care and community partners

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance

Qualifications

• Active Ohio NP license

• PMHNP or FNP accepted

• Interest in community mental health & integrated care

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Schedule & Compensation

• $100,000–$125,000 annual salary

• Monday–Friday | Five 8-hour shifts

• Outpatient with some telehealth flexibility
