Position Description

Located just two hours south of San Francisco, a thriving multi-specialty group of 110 physicians in Monterey, CA is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join their primary care team.

Enjoy a lucrative compensation package, including a guaranteed base salary of $180,000 and income potential of $230,000.

The Position:

  • The position consists of 4.5 days seeing patients with a protected half-day of administrative time.
  • Outpatient only schedule with no call or weekend requirements.
  • Collaborate 10 primary care physicians in an outpatient setting who are looking for help to meet increased patient demand.
  • Base Salary Range: $163,000 - $180,000 based on experience
  • Income Potential: $230,000 annually via wRVU's
  • EPIC EMR
  • Benefits Covered: Health, Life, Vacation, CME, Long-Term Disability, and 401k (4% Match)
